Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service.
Manage administrative tasks related to guest check-in and check-out processes.
Provide local advice and recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
Ensure the front office operates smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
