About the Opportunity As a Front Office Receptionist, you will be the face and first point of contact for the RACV Hobart Hotel.
In this busy and varied role, you will be on your feet and utilising your amazing customer service skills to provide our members and guests with the best experience whilst at the reception desk.
You will be motivated and hardworking with the "can do attitude" which will see you thrive in the role.
Your key responsibilities are to undertake the day-to-day duties associated with check in and check out members and guests, answering all calls and assisting with requests and general enquiries.
This is a Casual position.
You'll be rostered to meet the peak and flow of business demands, shifts will vary across a 7 day rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
