Situated central in this beautiful coastal town, Beach Suites offers an amazing location and outstanding service.We are looking for someone to join our team, who will bring dedication and enthusiasm to the role, as well as a commitment to excellent service and a mature outlook.Position commences ASAP.This position will involve weekends and afternoon shifts.25-30 hours per week.The position involves all aspects of front office reception, including providing friendly personalised customer service, promoting the business to achieve accommodation sales, processing reservations, assisting guests, and liaising with other departments to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the Hotel.To be considered for the role you must have the following attributes:Own transportationExcellent availability which includes working evenings and weekends/school holidays.This is a long-term position so not suited to holiday travellers.Prior experience in front office hotel reception workPrior experience in CRS - RoomMaster 2000 or similar.Ability to work in a team as well as the ability to take initiative and work pro-actively and independently.Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.The position provides a great opportunity to work in a well-established and friendly team environment for a company that has operated in this wonderful community and location for many years.Applications close Monday 16th December 2024.
