Quest Bendigo Central is a well-appointed and 4.5 Star rated 60 apartment Quest Apartment Hotel, comprising of studio, one, two bedroom and three bedroom apartments and located just a short walk from the CBD of Bendigo.
We are now seeking an enthusiastic Front Office Receptionist to join our fantastic team on a part-time basis, working approximately 2-3 days a week across both Quest properties in Bendigo.
The successful candidate will be responsible for all areas of Front Office Reception, with tasks including, but not limited to:
Responding to accommodation enquiries & processing reservationsMaintaining accurate guest accounts & guest historyDelivering a high level of professional customer serviceEnsuring all aspects of front office/reception run smoothlyThe successful candidate will be required to demonstrate the following:
Passion for providing friendly, personalised customer serviceExcellent communication and time management skillsHigh level of attention to detailEnjoy working both autonomously and in a team environmentA genuine interest in a career within the hospitality industryPrevious front office/reception experience is preferred, ideally in a hospitality/travel/tourism environment. Experience with sales and industry qualifications will be highly regarded.
The successful applicant must be flexible and available to work shifts which are mostly afternoon/evening and weekends with a rotating roster which includes public holidays.
