RACV Goldfields Resort is on the search for a Front Office Receptionist who is ready to take their career to the next step and embodies our "Be the reason someone smiles today".
A day in the life As a Front Office Receptionist, you will be the face and first point of contact for the RACV Goldfields Resort.
In this busy and varied role, you will be on your feet and utilising your amazing customer service skills to provide our members with the best experience whilst at the reception desk.
You will be motivated and hardworking with the "can do attitude" which will see you thrive in the role.
Your key responsibilities are to undertake the day-to-day duties associated with check in and check out members, answering all calls and assisting with requests and general enquiries.
This is a permanent part-time position.
You'll be rostered to meet the peak and flow of business demands, shifts will vary across a 7-day rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Minimum Requirements:
• Minimum 1 – 2 years' experience in a similar role
• Experience in a 4-5-star hotel or resort, Opera knowledge would be an advantage
• A desire to deliver a high level of customer service
• Excellent administration and organisational skills
• A high attention to details
• Team player and work well under pressure
• Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster
