Discovery Parks, Fraser Street in Hervey Bay is located a short stroll to the ocean. This subtropical 8 acre property offers Deluxe safari tents, a range of deluxe and superior cabins, powered and ensuite caravan sites.
The Role DutiesWe are seeking a Front Office Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our park. Your duties include but are not limited to:
Providing a high standard of customer serviceProcessing guest check-ins and outsAccurately using the park booking system to make reservations and manage accountsParticipate in & coordinate Kids Club and events/activities held in parkCoordinate with the Housekeeping team to track readiness of accommodationSupply guests information regarding property and local areas of interestCompleting the day-to-day office administrationMaintain excellent relationships with the park teams, residents and guestsWhat We Look ForTo be successful in this role you will have:

This role may involve extensive manual handling tasks including lifting up to 20kg kneeling and squatting, as well as handling chemicals and utilising machinery.
