Discovery Parks, Devonport is located by the sea and offers guests a great range of fully equipped cabins and ensuite and powered sites.
The RoleWe are seeking a Front Office Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our park. Your duties include but are not limited to:
Providing a high standard of customer serviceProcessing guest check-ins and outsAccurately using the park booking system to make reservations and manage accountsCoordinating with the Housekeeping team to track readiness of accommodationSupplying guests with information regarding property and local areas of interestCompleting the day-to-day office administrationMaintaining excellent relationships with the park teams, residents and guestsWhat We Look ForTo be successful in this role you will have:
