The RoleWe are seeking a Front Office Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our park. Your duties include but are not limited to:
Providing a high standard of customer serviceProcessing guest check-ins and outsAccurately using the park booking system to make reservations and manage accountsCoordinating with the Housekeeping team to track readiness of accommodationSupplying guests with information regarding property and local areas of interestCompleting the day-to-day office administrationMaintaining excellent relationships with the park teams, residents, and guestsWhat we look forTo be successful in this role you will have:
Previous Front Office experience within the hospitality industryA passion for delivering exceptional Guest experienceProficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or comparable Reservation Booking SystemExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle cash transactions accuratelyStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAn enthusiastic and positive attitudeFlexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as neededA current driver's license is essentialBenefits to YouDiscounted accommodation at over 300 G'day Group holiday parks nationally.
