Front Office Reception

The Astor Apartments is a commercial office and serviced apartments located in the centre of Spring Hill in Brisbane, only a 5-minute walking distance to the CBD and 2 minutes from Central Station.
We are looking for a member to join our team as the front office receptionist. You will start as a casual position with 20-25 hours a week. The working hours are generally from 8:00am – 2:00pm on weekdays, with short hours on weekends required from time to time.
A suitable candidate needs to have some experience in:
Attention to details.Telephone and computer skills.Self-motivated and eager to learn.The job duties include but are not limited to:
Answering phone calls and responding to emails.Checking in and out guests.Maintaining accurate accounts and handling cash.Working closely with the housekeeping team.Processing paperwork.Organising office tasks efficiently.You will be rewarded with:
