Front Office Reception

The Astor Apartments is a commercial office and serviced apartments located in the centre of Spring Hill in Brisbane, only 5 minute walking distance to the CBD, 2 minute from Central Station.
We are looking for a member to join our team as the front office receptionist. You will start as a casual position with 20-25 hours a week. The working hours are generally from 8:00am – 2:00pm on weekdays. Short hours in weekends are required from time to time.
A suitable candidate needs to have some experience in:
• Customer service experience.
• Attention to details.
• Telephone and computer skill.
• Office administration experience
• Self-motivated and eager to learn
The job duties include but not limited to
• Answering phone calls and responding emails
• Checking in and out guests
• Assisting guest inquiries (face-to-face, phone, email)
• Operating EFTPOS terminal
• Maintaining accurate accounts and handling cash.
• Working closely with housekeeping team.
• Processing paperwork
• Organising office tasks efficiently
