Job DescriptionA remarkable opportunity awaits for a Front Office Manager to join the prestigious team at Sofitel Brisbane Central. As the welcoming face of our luxury hotel, you will oversee front office operations, ensuring seamless daily processes and delivering unparalleled guest experiences that reflect Sofitel's commitment to excellence.
Oversee and manage all front office operations, including reception, concierge, and reservationsLead, train, and motivate the front office team to deliver outstanding customer serviceDevelop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyaltyManage guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionallyCoordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiencesMonitor and analyse key performance indicators to optimise front office operationsEnsure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and industry standardsManage front office budgets and financial reportsImplement and maintain efficient check-in and check-out proceduresStay updated on local events and attractions to provide guests with relevant information QualificationsProven experience as a Front Office Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager in a luxury hospitality environmentStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams to successExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask, prioritise, and perform under pressure while maintaining attention to detailProficiency in hotel management software and systemsIn-depth knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practicesStrong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisionsExperience in managing budgets and interpreting financial reportsCustomer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiencesAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidaysBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred Additional InformationBring your passion and dedication to excellence, and we will recognise your contribution with a variety of benefits, rewards and development opportunities.
