CURATING ORIGINALITY TAKES TALENT We are looking for a Front Office Manager. As the Front Office Manager you are responsible for managing the daily operations of the Welcome Department including Welcome, Whatever/Whenever and Wheels.
The Front Office Manager will drive a spirit of Whatever/Whenever throughout the department and provide an "enhanced" W Arrival Experience for all VIPs.
You will be responsible for the tracking and communication of GEI scores information and Loyalty Enrolment Statistics to Talent and ensure targets are met and all guests have a luxury experience.
THE ROLE Provide assistance and guidance to Welcome talent for check-in, checkout, complaint resolution, etc.
when necessary. Recruit, train, and mentor Welcome Talent, nurturing their professional growth, and diligently monitoring their performance. Coach, lead and mentor the Welcome team to ensure continued success. Ensure that Welcome operates effectively at all times and is correctly prepared for upcoming group/WIP arrivals.
Confident in communicating with guests and colleagues to ensure cohesive collaboration. Adhere to OH&S requirements, promptly respond to emergencies, and prioritize the safety of both guests and staff. Exhibit proficiency in accurately managing guest accounts, and analyzing reports and data. Closely monitor budgets, expenditure, and revenue to make informed operational decisions and achieve financial objectives.
