This role will work closely with the General Manager to offer exceptional guest service to our residents and short-term guests, managing day-to-day front office operations and its team. This position showcases your customer experience skills in a luxury residential environment.
Responsibilities:Assume front desk duties in the absence of a dedicated team member.Manage the operations of the entire Front Desk Team.Conduct recruitment, onboarding, training, performance reviews, and performance management of the front office team.Ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and streamlining of procedures relating to front desk operations.Work closely with the Regional General Manager to communicate and resolve all issues concerning the property and its team.Assist the Regional General Manager to improve occupancy and ADR by effectively communicating booking inflow and date availability.Maintain a clean and safe workspace.Schedule and maintain rostering of the team as required by the business needs.Ensure the team adheres to company policies and procedures.Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by Management.Minimum Requirements:Previous experience in front office operations role.Previous experience using RMS Management Software is preferable.Hospitality industry experience desired.Flexibility to work 7 days a week.Stakeholder and relationship development skills.Critical attention to detail.Strong communication skills (written and verbal). #J-18808-Ljbffr
