Job Summary
As a Guest Service Agent, (Neighbourhood Hosts) you are responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience, as Neighbourhood Hosts. We recognise that the whole team are hospitality professionals that want to deliver the best experience to the guests, so why limit yourself to just one area.
