The Role: In this dual role, you will be responsible for managing both administrative tasks at the front office and coordinating treatment plans for patients. Your contribution will be essential in delivering an exceptional patient experience, from the moment they enter our clinic until the completion of their treatment.
Responsibilities: Manage enquiries from patients in person, over the phone, and via email.Personally welcome new patients to the clinic and ensure their comfort.Establish rapport with patients to understand their goals and concerns.Review patient documents for accuracy.Conduct necessary photography and scans as required.Confidently discuss treatment options and payment plans.Follow up with patients in a timely manner to ensure continuity of care.Provide administrative and clinical support to our clinicians as needed.Requirements: Experience in the dental industry.Knowledge of All on 4, dental implants, general anaesthetic, Invisalign, and cosmetic procedures.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Warm and friendly demeanor with exceptional interpersonal skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Passionate about delivering outstanding patient care.Radiography & OPG licence will be highly regarded.How to Apply: If you meet the above criteria and are interested in joining our team, please email your CV and cover letter to ******.
