Front Office Co-Ordinator - Maven Dental Maroochydore Casual Site Location: Maven Dental Maroochydore
We're thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Front Office Coordinator to join our passionate team at Maven Dental Maroochydore on a Casual or Part-time basis 3 - 4 days per week!
We are also offering a Full-Time position for the right candidate who is an 'All - Rounder'.

What You'll Do : Greet patients with a warm and welcoming demeanor, making them feel comfortable and at ease.
Coordinate appointment scheduling and manage the dental practice calendar, ensuring optimal efficiency.
Maintain accurate patient records, including updating personal information and treatment details.
Handle patient inquiries, both in person and over the phone, providing exceptional customer service.
Assist with financial processes, such as processing payments, managing insurance claims, and discussing treatment costs with patients.
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless communication and workflow between the front office and clinical areas.
Contribute to the overall cleanliness and organisation of the reception area and front office.
What You'll Bring : Previous dental experience.
You should be familiar with dental terminology, procedures, and general dental practice operations.
Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to empathise and communicate effectively with patients of all ages.
Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail, enabling you to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong computer skills, including experience with dental practice management software.
A friendly and positive attitude, even in high-pressure situations, to create a welcoming and supportive environment.
Exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills, as you'll be working closely with both clinical and administrative staff.
