The role We are looking for Front Office Attendants to join our talented and committed hotel team. In this position, you will provide outstanding, personalised customer service, emphasising rapport and connection with our hotel guests. The Front Office Attendant is responsible for delivering quality guest experiences by providing check-in, check-out, and concierge-related services for our visitors at Crown Sydney in accordance with established service standards.
