Front Office Attendant

RAC Esperance Holiday Park is looking for a Front Office Attendant. Located directly across from Esperance Bay, RAC Esperance Holiday Park allows you to experience the beauty of WA's Great Southern Edge. Walk to Esperance town centre, or head further out to discover the white sands and clear waters of West Beach, Blue Haven Beach, and Twilight Bay, renowned Cape Le Grand National Park all within an easy drive.
What will you be doing? Providing exceptional customer service at the front office, providing all guests a warm welcome to the Park, and assisting with all aspects of their stay.Answering incoming phone calls and aiding over the phone and via email.Assisting groups with their bookings and stay at the Park, including school groups, weddings and events.Assisting with the operations of the Park.What are we looking for in you?
