As a Front Office Agent, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring efficient check-ins and check-outs, assisting with guest bookings, and handling payments with precision. Your knack for diplomacy will shine as you tackle customer service queries, leaving each guest with a smile.

A few of your responsibilities: Complete the registration of guests details upon check inSecuring paymentIssuing of room keysAddition of relevant charges to guests accountsRespond to reservation requests in a efficient mannerWhat are we looking for: Ability to consistently work night shifts – 11:00pm to 7:30am Extensive guest service experience in Front Office/Guest ServicesPrevious experience in a 5-star establishment advantageousGood keyboard skills with knowledge of hotel check-in systems (Opera highly regarded)The ability to speak a second language (highly regarded but not essential)Sound knowledge of the local area and surroundsOutstanding presentation and communication skills About you: As a seasoned expert in customer service, you understand the essence of delivering world-class service.
