We currently have an opportunity for an energetic and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our dynamic team in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane.
We are seeking a customer experience champion who can help us deliver unscripted, personalised service in a casual corporate environment.
The role is based in a state-of-the-art corporate campus within Fortitude Valley, Brisbane, and has a work schedule that includes Monday to Friday corporate hours.

What will be involved in your day to day tasks?
Provide an engaging on-brand welcome and farewell to all staff, clients and contractors entering the site. Register visitors & staff using the designated site access management system. Maintain the corporate hospitality floors and ensure meeting rooms are in excellent condition. Provide support for meeting room bookings. Manage flexible room set-ups, including moveable walls and manual handling. Deliver 5-star service for all catering and events in the front-of-house meeting rooms, including service throughout the event and post-event clean-up. Ensure the reception area (desk and guest lounges) are clean and tidy at all times. Work closely with security teams to ensure the safety of the building. Assist with administrative tasks as per the request from the tenant. Recognise VIPs, guests and building staff and use their names wherever possible. Provide a service level beyond the tenant's expectations 'to go above and beyond'. Look for ways to improve the tenant's experience of working within the building. Deliver on WOW moments, which our visitors and clients will not forget. Conduct Work Ready Audits to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards. Assist with facility coordination tasks, including liaising with maintenance teams and managing minor repairs or issues. This position requires periods of walking, standing, sitting and/or manual handling.
You will have:
