Job detailsHere's how the job details align with your profile.Job typeFull-timeLocationCollingwood VIC 3066Full job descriptionTo Be Frank Bakery is seeking a full-time Front of House Supervisor to join the team at our Collingwood location.You will be responsible for:Managing the day-to-day bakery front of house operationsDelivering and maintaining exceptional service standards and conditionsContinuously looking to improve profitability and minimise costs without compromising standards and customer experienceFostering a positive environment, which provides consistent, efficient, and friendly service for customers, and exceeds customer expectationsDeveloping and maintaining a motivated and high performing team committed to delivering clear goalsYou will be required:To perform all POS duties, including opening and closing procedures, coordinating with the Manager as necessary.To make themselves aware and notify their team of any changes, special requirements, outstanding orders or work tasks required prior to the commencement of serviceTo ensure all staff are well briefed on their responsibilities and are given constant supervision and motivation on all aspects of their workRequirements:Minimum 2 years experience managing/supervising a team.Previous experience working in a bakery would be preferred (but not essential)
