Front Of House Officer

The RoleWe are looking for bright and enthusiastic candidates to work in the role of casual Guest Services Officer at Ocean Beach Tourist Park.Reporting to the Park Managers, this role involves delivering exceptional service to our guests - face to face and over the phone - as well as assisting with administrative and cleaning tasks.About youYou will be friendly, enthusiastic and available to work one weekend per month plus random fortnightly shifts and holiday relief shifts.You will bring to the role:Fantastic customer service;Professional and personable telephone manner;Experience with computerised booking systems and good computer skills;Willingness to learn and apply our systems and processes;Experience handling cash and EFTPOS transactions;Flexible attitude to hours, including availability on weekends and at short notice.Ensure the cleaning is completed in a timely mannerAbility to work in a team environmentESSENTIAL:First Aid Level 2Current CPRNational Police Check clearance upon onboardingWorking with Children's Check NSW or equivalentDESIRABLE:RMS 9+(Online Reservation System) or similar guest reservation system would be highly regarded but not necessaryMinimum 2 years experience in a similar roleBelgraviaPRO pride ourselves on our strict qualification requirements for each and every employee.
We are willing to work with individuals who do not currently have their Blue Card and First Aid/CPR qualifications but are interested in working within our parks.
