We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Manager to lead our team and elevate our guest experience.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily front of house operations, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
Lead and mentor our staff, fostering a positive and motivated work environment.
Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest inquiries to optimize service efficiency.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area.
Build strong relationships with guests, handling any complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food service and maintain quality standards.
Assist in training new hires and developing team members to enhance their skills and service knowledge.
Maintain inventory of bar and front-of-house supplies and assist with orders as needed.
Qualifications: Proven experience as a Front of House Manager or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or bar setting.
Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
