Front Of House Leader

the role
You will be responsible for a smooth the day-to-day operations of the front-of-house.
This is a full-time position based in Sinnamon Park, where you will lead by example and provide great customer service and a seamless dining experience for our guests.
What you'll be doing

Provide professional table and counter service
Prepare quality coffee and beverages
Ensure efficient and effective management of reservations, seating, and table turnover
Provide excellent customer service and handle any guest inquiries or complaints
Assist in the training of front-of-house juniors identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with the kitchen and team to ensure smooth restaurant operations

What we're looking for

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role including waitstaff and barista duties
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skill
Proficient in using restaurant point-of-sale system
Thorough understanding of food and beverage service, menu knowledge
High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organised work environment
