As our superstar Front Of House Administrator always ready with a smile and a can-do attitude, you will be supporting our team of experienced Sales Agents and Property Managers when you're not busily greeting our valued clients and dazzling them with your bright and bubbly personality.
The Role This exciting, full-time, Monday to Friday role offers the opportunity to learn everything there is to know about the real estate industry. The front desk position represents both our dynamic and busy Sales Team and our diligent Property Management Department.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing incoming phone calls and walk-in enquiries with a trademark Boffo welcome
- Taking and relaying accurate phone messages
- Greeting clients and staff with a smile
- Providing a high level of service to existing and prospective clients
- Interacting and liaising day-to-day with the existing Boffo community
- Providing excellent administration support to Boffo Sales Agents and Property Managers
The person we're looking for has:
- Experience in customer service
- Strong computer and technology skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills
- A positive and friendly personality
- Excellent attention to detail
