About your new job:
You will be the master of first impressions and provide first-class customer service to all customers visiting the service department. Your duties will include but are not limited to:
Act as a first point of contact for anyone visiting the service departmentAnswer phone inquiries and schedule servicesAdministrative duties – entering and updating information into the Customer Management SystemAssist customers with general queries when the sales representatives are shortly unavailableAbout you:
• Excellent opportunity - Industry knowledge is not essential.
• You will be patient and have the ability to liaise with high-end customers.
• You will have immaculate presentation and exceptional customer service skills.
• Previous experience working with high-volume phones and a busy Customer Service desk will be considered.
