We are seeking a motivated Front of House Coordinator to join our Newcastle team and take ownership of key administrative and client-facing responsibilities. This role offers the opportunity to step into more complex responsibilities, contributing to broader office operations.
Key responsibilities In this role, you will: Coordinate office services to support seamless daily operations. Manage incoming calls and greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely distribution. Lead maintenance coordination to ensure our office environment is well-maintained and operational. Lead communications on staff channels to keep the team informed and engaged. Support the management team with various administrative tasks. Skills and Qualities Strong communication skills to engage professionally with clients, visitors, and the team. Problem-solving abilities to address and resolve day-to-day challenges. Initiative to take ownership of tasks and improve office processes. A proactive mindset with a willingness to step into more complex responsibilities when needed. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Full-time position: 37.5 hours per week, 8:30am to 5pm. This role is office-based to support the hands-on nature of the responsibilities.
