If you're energetic, friendly, pro-active, organised and reliable read on!We are looking for a Front of House/ Client Services Assistant for our head office front of house in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane.This role is perfect for someone with hospitality and administration experience, and ideally with experience in the creative industries.
RESPONSIBILITIES General reception duties including call management and greeting clientsManagement of all client services duties, including hospitality functions and eventsManagement of all staff amenities, including organising exciting social events for the officeCorrespondence, courier, email and mail managementProvision of administrative support to company directors, including diary management, email and travel administrationDocument control, including accounts archiving, filing, printing and scanningCommunication with internal teams regarding suite and visitor bookingsGeneral support for the office, as requiredAssist the head of facilities in coordination of office maintenanceREQUIREMENTSMaintain a positive can-do attitude to create an infectious happy vibe in the officeExcellent organisation and prioritising skills with a high level attention to detailOutstanding hospitality skills (Barista training will be well regarded)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsClear and effective communication both internal and externalAbility to maintain a premium service offering in line with the company ethosAbility to handle sensitive documentation and confidential informationIdeally, experienced in creative studio environmentYou will work with Alt's busy production team providing our staff and clients with exceptional service and manage a range of daily hospitality and administrative tasks.
