Front End Loader Operator

Job Title: Front End Loader Operator Location: Dublin Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Front End Loader Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating front end loaders in a construction or industrial setting and possess a strong attention to detail and safety. Front End Loader and Excavator licenses required, Additional Forklift / HR License or both would be an advantage Work outdoors - various weather conditions handling organic materials Operate composting machinery, screen and sort compost, min 2 years experience in composting, waste management, experience in operating heavy machinery Responsibilities:

Operate front end loader to move materials, load trucks, and perform other tasks as directed
Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment to ensure it is in proper working condition
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and ensure efficient operations
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Minimum of 2 years of experience operating front end loaders
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
Strong communication skills
Attention to detail and safety
