Technical Mastery : Deep expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, with experience in frameworks like React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js . Modern Web Processes : Familiarity with headless CMS, CI / CD workflows, and advanced web build processes. Team Player : Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, ready to work alongside creatives and strategists alike. Extra's / Good to have's Hands-on experience with Vercel, AWS, or GitHub. Analytics knowledge (e.g., GA4, Optimizely). Familiarity with styling for complex CMS integrations and CRM platforms.
