We're on the lookout for an experienced Front-End Developer to join our talented team of Developers, Designers, and Producers.
You'll work on exciting projects from concept to delivery, crafting solutions that make a real difference.

You'll join forces with 30+ friendly Inlighters who work flexibly between home and our brand new office in Clifton Hill, purpose-built with hybrid work being central to its design.
As a Front-End Developer, you'll write high-quality, tested, and well-structured code.
You'll play a key role in technical planning, problem-solving, and contributing innovative solutions.
A typical day involves collaborating with producers, reviewing pull requests, troubleshooting, and experimenting with new technologies.
Our tech stack includes: Back-end: Serverless architecture, Node.js, MySQL, tRPC
Front-end: React (JavaScript/TypeScript), Next.js, React Native, Tailwind
Infrastructure: Vercel, AWS (Elastic Beanstalk, RDS, DynamoDB, Lambda).
As a Vercel partner, experience with Vercel and Next.Js is a plus.
What we're looking for: Experience: 3–4+ years in front-end development, with expertise in multiple technologies described above.Skills: Proficient in at least one programming environment and capable in another discipline (e.g., front-end, back-end, infrastructure).Mindset: Collaborative, accountable, curious, and adaptable.
