In this role you will be responsible for:
Supervising Front Desk operations and training and developing Team MembersWelcoming and fulfilling the check-in process for Guests and group arrivalsCompleting the check-out process for departing guests using the hotel systemsManaging effectively and efficiently, guest requests, inquiries, and complaintsMaintaining current knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing and special promotional offers, as well as daily VIP and special eventsMaximizing sales revenues through up selling and marketing programsWhat are we looking for? Excellent personal presentation and communication skillsDemonstrated experience within hospitality, retail, or fast food leading a team or strong experience in a Front Desk roleAbility to multi-task while maintaining a positive attitude when working with a GuestComputer literate and able to navigate through Company systemsAt least a minimum of 1 year in a similar roleTravel the world and grow your career with Hilton!
