Jackson Motor Company has an exciting opportunity for an immaculately presented and cheerful customer service superstar to own the reception space at our Devonport dealership.
About the role: In this role, you will be the face of our dealership and the first point of contact both in-person and over the phone.
You will be responsible for managing our reception area, welcoming guests and making them feel comfortable, directing enquiries and a wide range of administrative duties unique to the Automotive retail industry.
This is an exciting and varied role where you will work closely with our sales team to help ensure the smooth-running of our operation.
About you: You are committed to owning this role and your space in the dealership.
You're bubbly, poised, capable, forward-thinking, highly organised, well-presented and have strong business acumen.
You will also have: Excellent written and oral communication skillsA professional, friendly and approachable mannerAn exceptionally high standard of personal presentationGood time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasksAn organised mind and an aptitude for administrationThe ability to work well within a team as well as individually and unsupervisedA professional phone mannerWhile previous administration experience is advantageous, it is not essential.
Customer experience through hospitality and similar industries would be considered highly.
