Friday Nanny job in Buderim, Sunshine CoastStart Date: ASAP Contract: Long Term /Permanent Role Pay: $35-40 per hour depending on experience We are seeking a nurturing and engaging nanny to assist a professional family in Buderim, Sunshine Coast. The family has two girls, though the care is mostly for the youngest child (Children ages 1 and 4 years).
The days and normal hours are:
1 day – 9 hours per weekFriday 7.30/8am – 4.30pmAn ideal nanny will be warm, caring, and nurturing. A nanny that is bubbly, energetic/active, and confident, is happy to engage and play and have fun.
The nanny will be a gentle and responsive carer and is comfortable with following the children's routines, needs, and interests. A nanny that has a genuine love of children and can dedicate their time to them both and enhance their learning and development on a daily basis.
The family is looking for a nanny who adapts well, is responsible, patient, safe, reliable, and is able to commit to the role on a long-term basis and be highly invested in building a lovely relationship with the whole family.
The eldest child attends preschool though will be home in the school holidays.
The carer's responsibilities for this role will be as follows:
Care for the childrenProvide age-appropriate activities (plan, engage, play)Cook/prep meals and snacks for the children and evening family meal prep/cooking occasionallyAssist with light household duties - Keeping the main areas of the house tidy, kitchen tidy, dishwasher-packed/unpacked, tidying of toys at the end of the dayThe family's expectations from their nanny are:
