Freshwater Site Manager (Ax)

At Bakkafrost Scotland we breed, rear and process superior salmon in the pristine waters of the West Highlands and Islands. As Freshwater Site Manager you will lead, coach and develop a strong site team, with a focus on maintaining a high level of health and safety and operational standards, using the Freshwater Competency Framework, SOPs and Health & Safety standards to measure and improve site performance.
