Fresh Produce Manager

The Rebelo Group is seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual for the role of Fresh Produce Manager at our Mullaloo IGA Store.The northern suburb store has a fast-paced environment, and we are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced person to assist with maintaining our strong in-store standards. The successful candidate should look forward to supporting our existing Fresh Produce team and assisting in growing our successful business.The Manager position will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the produce section of the store.Major duties and responsibilities will include:Restock and maintain the presentation of the fresh produce sectionManage markdowns and wastageOrder the needs for this departmentHave a strong customer focus with a desire to satisfy customers' requests and needs as your number one priorityExceptional interpersonal and communication skillsHave excellent leadership skills to assist with training and developing a new teamSuitable candidates must have the ability to work in a cold environment and have no restrictions with respect to lifting up to 10kg.
