Key responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of landscape construction projects Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards Supervise and lead a team of landscapers, ensuring safety and efficiency Interpret project plans and documentation, ensuring work is executed as required Liaise with clients, suppliers, and management to ensure smooth project delivery Maintain high standards of site safety and compliance What you'll need to succeed:
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Foreman in landscape construction Certificate III in Landscape Construction or equivalent qualification Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to interpret and manage project plans and specifications Proven experience in both hard and soft landscaping White Card (mandatory) HR Licence (preferred but not essential) A proactive attitude, excellent team ethic, and attention to detail What Fresh can offer you:
