French speaking Sales Support Advisor Location: Normanton Flexible working hours Salary: Up to £30,000 depending on experience Ref: 143FR Main duties:
To coordinate import and export activities
The Role:
- Answer customer enquiries
- Assist customers with bookings
- Organise custom clearance
- Shipment management
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors and 3rd party agencies
Candidate's Profile
- Fluent in French (written and spoken) – Essential
- Experience in freight or import/export – Beneficial
- Excellent customer service skills
- Positive and confident attitude
- IT literate
