Due to ongoing growth we are now seeking to recruit a Freight Logistics Plannerto assist our operations team with the planning and scheduling of our rail logistics requirements throughoutVIC & NSW.
Full training will be provided to adapt your current skills to the rail industry.
Key responsibilities and tasks include, but are not limited to:
Assist with data processing for logistic plansAssist with data processing for crews rosterAssist with organising crew accommodation requirementsAssist with arranging locomotive fleet fuelling requirementsAssist with arranging locomotive fleet maintenance requirementsAssist with other adhoc tasks as requiredThe successful applicant must demonstrate the following:
Prior experience in road or rail logistics preferred, but not essentialAdvanced Excel skillsHigh attention to detailExceptional communications skills, both written and verbalTeam playerPrior experience working in a fast paced environmentAbility to think on your feetProfessional and positive can do attitudeCommitment to a safety first cultureCurrent National Police Check or willingness to obtain oneThis position is based out of our Head Office located in Bendigo Victoria.
