Freight & Logistics Manager (Air/Sea)

As the Domestic and Export Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end logistics operations for both domestic and international markets. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure efficient and timely movement of our meat products from farm to fork. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and shape the logistics strategy for a business committed to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Supply Chain Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to optimize the domestic and export supply chain, ensuring cost-effective and timely delivery of meat products. International Shipping: Coordinate and manage the export process, including documentation, customs compliance, and shipping logistics for both air freight and sea freight. Ensure adherence to international regulations and standards. Domestic Distribution: Oversee the distribution network within the country, managing relationships with transportation partners, warehouses, and retailers to meet delivery timelines and quality standards. Inventory Management: Implement effective inventory management practices to minimize stockouts and excess inventory, while ensuring product quality and freshness. Compliance and Regulations: Stay updated on domestic and international trade regulations, ensuring full compliance with all legal requirements and trade restrictions. Cost Control: Identify opportunities for cost reduction in logistics operations while maintaining high service levels. Negotiate and manage contracts with logistics partners. Relationship Management: Manage effective and professional relationships within all sectors of the logistics operations to maintain cost controls and deliver products in a timely and efficient manner to domestic and international clients. About you:
Proven experience (3+ years) in logistics management, preferably in the FMCG industry. Strong knowledge of domestic and international shipping regulations. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Incentives:
