About Your New Role - Document Coordinator As a Document Coordinator, you will take reasonable care to ensure your safety and the safety of others who may be affected by your actions or omissions.
You are also expected to STOP work immediately if your safety, or that of any other person, is compromised.
Compile and create Certificate of Origins Liaise with Client for efficient COO completion Liaise with Warehouse Team and client regarding cargo requiring Permits/Inspection and register cargo in Permits/Inspection Register and actively follow up on receival of Permits/inspections Coordinate with Warehouse 3PL Lead on handover of permits/Inspection certificates and close off registration in system Following ISO and OHSAS directions from the Company.
Acting safely always to ensure your own welfare and that of your fellow colleagues on the basis of the defined health & safety targets.
Focusing on continuously reducing company environmental impact on the basis of the defined environmental targets.
Input as appropriate to EP&P Documentation.
Engagement as may be required in company Business Continuity Planning / Response.
Nurturing a good cooperation between team members locally, regionally, and globally.
What you will need to succeed Document Coordinator experience Strong skills in delegation and empowering others Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions Enthusiastic about learning supply chain business models Skilled in representing the company at all levels and building strong client and customer relationships Innovative and creative thinker Dedicated and passionate in all endeavors Excellent oral and written communication abilities Physically able to travel nationally and internationally, with the capacity to safely access operational and construction sites.
