You'll be at the heart of global logistics, ensuring seamless transport solutions for our clients.
You'll coordinate the shipment of goods by air and sea, solving challenges and keeping our customers in the loop every step of the way.

You'll report directly to our operations team, working closely with our international branches and trusted partners to keep things running smoothly.

Your key responsibilities will include:Planning and coordinating shipments of goods by air and sea, ensuring timely and cost-effective deliveries.Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, providing shipment updates, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues.Preparing and processing import/export documentation and customs compliance through the Customs Declaration Service (CDS).Liaising with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs agents to ensure smooth operations.Monitoring shipment progress and quickly resolving delays or issues.Maintaining accurate records of all transactions through CargoWise.Who Are We Looking For?We're looking for someone with experience in both air and sea freight forwarding who is ready to jump in and get things done.
