Freight Admin Assistant

This opening is for a Freight Admin Clerk to join our Team at Karawatha immediately. This is a Full Time Permanent Role. The working hours for this role are 8:00AM to 4:00PM. The Freight Coordinator will be positioned in the Customer Service Bay, providing direct assistance to both internal and external customers. The primary focus will be on improving the customer experience, especially when freight is delayed, as well as managing depot collections and drop-offs. Managing depot collections/drop-offs, unidentified freight, repacks, damages, auction freight, and late linehauls. Handling escalations and freight-related investigations. Working proactively with customers while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Ensuring the safety of all staff and visitors in the customer service area. What you'll bring:
