An opportunity exists for a Freezer Warehouse Pick and Packer at our foodservice branch located in Broome.
Successful applicants must be located in Broome.
About the role: Reporting to the Operations Manager, the successful applicant will be required to pick and load goods in the freezer section of our warehouse, ensuring product integrity is maintained, and time management is adhered to.
This is a physical position with some heavy lifting.
Duties: Pick and assemble goods accuratelyAdhere to time constraints and maintain product integrityAbility to work in the freezer storage area at minus 28 degree temperaturesFlexibility as overtime may be requiredSkills and Experience: Forklift ticket (desirable)Be physically fit as some heavy lifting is requiredGood written and verbal communication skillsPrevious warehouse experience is desirable but not essentialMust have a driver's licenceApplicants may be subject to a pre-employment medicalIf you are seeking to develop a career in warehousing and distribution, please apply with your current resume.
