Earn up to $7,000 per month (depends on experience) as Human Resources Manager at Venture Smarter, your trusted partner in navigating the complex landscape of business growth and transition.
As a Human Resources Manager, you will oversee all aspects of human resources functions and processes. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with our business goals and values. You will also manage the recruitment, retention, and development of our talent, and foster a positive and productive work culture.
What the job entails:
Develop and execute HR strategies and policies that support our vision, mission, and objectives. Manage the staffing process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of qualified candidates. Design and implement employee retention and engagement programs, such as recognition, rewards, and feedback systems. Conduct and coordinate employee training and development activities, such as orientation, coaching, mentoring, and career planning. Administer and monitor employee compensation and benefits plans, ensuring fairness, competitiveness, and compliance. Handle employee relations and performance management issues, such as grievances, disputes, appraisals, and disciplinary actions. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations, and maintain accurate and updated records and documentation. Analyze and report on HR metrics and trends, and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to management. Lead and supervise the HR team, and provide guidance and support to other managers and employees on HR matters. Create and maintain a positive, inclusive, and diverse work environment that reflects our culture and values. Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or certification preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in a tech or consulting industry. In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, principles, and procedures, such as recruitment, training, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and legal compliance. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with all levels of the organization. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to drive actions and outcomes. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software, such as BambooHR, Paylocity, and Workday. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and innovative environment, and adapt to changing priorities and needs. High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality, with a customer-focused and results-oriented attitude. #J-18808-Ljbffr
