We are looking for coaches to partner with us as freelancers, and to join our global coaching bench.
This particular opportunity is for Sydney-based Team Coaches - those familiar and experienced in working with teams and coaching them to a goal-based program.
If selected, you will join a highly curated and trusted circle of master coaches serving some of the most exciting humans and companies in the world.
As a trusted position of professional mastery, we do have some core criteria we are looking for as you explore this opportunity with us:
Holding one of the following credentials: Professional Certified Coach (PCC) orMaster Certified Coach (MCC) orSimilar credential with another international coaching credentialing body such as MCF etc.Membership with the ICFA minimum of 500 hours of one-on-one coaching experience and for this specific role within our coaching bench, 1-2 years of specifically coaching teams from 2-30 people distinct from running training or workshops.Public Liability Insurance (at a limit of no less than $5 million AUD) and Professional Indemnity Insurance (at a limit of $2 million AUD)12 months plus experience running your own professional established freelance coaching (or other) business already working with clients, adding Marlee to your small curated coaching partners you work with.If you meet the above criteria, please join us by applying now.
