The vessels are primarily used for day excursions along the Perth Coast or out to Rottnest.Vessels always leave the dock with additional crew, including a deckhand and stewardess, and are well maintained.
As the vessels are under 30m in length, the captain should have their own accommodation ashore in Perth.CompensationCasual rates are as follows:$55/hr Monday to Friday$75/hr – $90/hr when on trips (DOE)Averaging between 2-4 trips per week over summer.If permanent full-time, the salary is $150k DOE.Minimum RequirementsTicket Requirement (flexible): minimum of Master 5 or Yachtmaster 200gt MCA.
Previous drive time is essential, and superyacht experience is favorable.
