Assisting with the review of Freedom's contracts and its contract management system, helping put all material contracts in place, and ensuring the contracts management system is up to date. Contributing to general regulatory compliance tasks. Working in a diligent and collaborative manner, taking ownership and accountability for work performed. What Type of Person Will Succeed We're looking for someone who is eager to learn and contribute to our legal operations. You'll need: Minimum of four years post-admission experience as a solicitor either in a larger firm or in-house in a retail or manufacturing business. Strong drafting capability and experience. Ability to provide clear, concise written and verbal legal advice Confident and business focused with strong interpersonal and business partnering skills.
