The Role This Assistant role is to provide support to the Administrative Coordinator to assist with the smooth functioning of daily administration operations within GenNow. Some tasks include client intake and onboarding processes, staff scheduling and rostering, and communicating via phone or email with key stakeholders. Demonstrate an ability to communicate with diverse groups, with strong personal and professional boundaries and ethics in line with GenNow staff code of conduct, policy and procedure.
Need to Know Participate in all worker screening processes and First Aid Cert/CPR (not compulsory).
