Full-time opportunity with 38 hours $27.17hr + Super! 7 weeks of comprehensive learning including 3 weeks of classroom training, Mon- Fri from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM 4 weeks hands-on learning, Mon-Fri from 9:00AM to 5:00 PM with additional support from the client end Permanent set rosters after training Key Responsibilities Of The Role: Demonstrate your decision-making skills to understand fraud activity on customer transaction, saving, loans and credit/debit cards. Implement a resolution by taking proactive steps to address the customer's issue effectively. Utilize advanced tools and techniques to detect and prevent fraud. Collaborate with team members to investigate and resolve fraud cases. Focus on Key details and deliver tailored solution with high quality customer interactions and following compliance requirements. Effectively utilize your existing and newly trained technical and computer skills across a variety of banking systems. Communicate client specific knowledge and process to customers accurately and effectively. Minimum Requirements: Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, have full working rights in Australia and pass a police, monetary and other pre-employment checks.
